"Established in 1996, The Senior Educational and Outreach Committee, Inc. (SEOC), a non-profit N.J. Corporation, is affiliated with the Mount Laurel Police Department. The Committee consists of two volunteers from several adult communities, senior organizations, and Mount Laurel at large. There are sixteen board directors who elect the Chairman of the Board and other officers each year. Any Mount Laurel resident may attend and participate in SEOC's quartlerly meeting which are scheduled on the first Thursday of January, April, October and December.
The Mount Laurel Township Police Department is a Law Enforcement Agency that is dedicated to the protection of life, property and the constitutional rights of all its citizens. The Department will strive to enhance the quality of life, preserve the peace, reduce fear and provide for a safe and secure environment for the people who live, work, and visit the Mount Laurel community."
